PhD researcher at the intersection of deep learning and agricultural genomics — building models that decode the genetic architecture of complex traits.
I'm an Iranian computational biologist and PhD candidate currently based in East Lansing, Michigan, where I work as a Visiting Scholar at Michigan State University in collaboration with Dr. Cedric Gondro.
My work focuses on applying deep learning models to genomic prediction problems — asking how we can better understand the hidden genetic architecture behind complex biological traits.
I'm open to research collaborations, postdoctoral opportunities, and data science roles in computational biology or ML-driven life sciences.
Open to research collaborations, postdoc opportunities, and data science roles in computational biology.
